SGSA issue new guidlines re handling of pyrotechnics.

fireworks 1Ruth Shaw the Chief Executive has said that The SGSA is concerned by the increase in the number of flares and smoke bombs being seen at grounds. Some fans may feel they contribute to the atmosphere, but they can be very dangerous and present unnecessary risks to spectators and to the stewards who have to deal with them.
