This Privacy Policy applies to The Rugby Union Safety Association (RUSA) website and its subdomains (“Sites”). The Rugby Union Safety Association (RUSA), ” “we,” or “us”) knows that you care how information about you are used and eventually shared. This Privacy Policy explains what information of yours will be collected by The Rugby Union Safety Association when you access the Site, how the information will be used, and how you can control the collection, correction and/or deletion of your data. We will not use or share your information with anyone. We provide information relating to rugby stadia accessible through your account once logged in.

    (c) Access And Retention Of Data Controlled By Our Users: An individual who is a current Rugby Union Safety Association member or associate who seeks access or wishes to correct, amend or delete inaccurate data about his account, will be able to do this simply editing data through the user profile form. Each member will be able to update, export and delete account data at any time and directly by itself without the need of contacting us.

We keep your data without any specific time limit, you are free to delete your account whenever you want on your own. If you do not have a current membership, we reserve the right to delete your account during our database cleanup at any time and without advising you. If after 2 years you have no membership, your data and account could be automatically deleted.
