The club is pleased to announce that we will have a new Operations Manager joining the business in the new year. Shaun Roberts will be joining us full time following a handover period with Mark Williams and then Mark will be remaining with the business for a while as safety officer for Match day and events.

Shaun has extensive service served with the Police Service and more recently in the sporting industry. Shaun has a wealth of experience in Senior Operational and Safety roles and was also instrumental in project managing the redevelopment of Sixways,  whilst he was complex manager at Worcester Warriors. Shaun also been Secretary of the board of the Rugby Union Safety Association and more recently carried out duties for LOCOG as Safety Advisor at the North Greenwich Arena (O2) during the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

His strong management and experience in dealing with a wide range of stakeholders will be very complimentary to how we want to run as a business.

Shaun will officially start his new role in the new year but will be at the club before then to meet some key personnel and to get a feel for match day and other important parts of the role.
