Electronic Cigarettes. An electronic cigarette (e-cig or e-cigarette), personal vaporizer (PV) or electronic nicotine delivery system (ENDS) are battery-powered vaporizers which simulates tobacco smoking by producing an aerosol that resembles smoke.

ecigsIn some parts of the country SMOKERS are being banned from using controversial electronic cigarettes in hospitals, schools and council buildings.

Electronic cigarettes, which produce puffs of vapour and deliver a nicotine hit without tar and toxins, were originally billed as a safe alternative to tobacco and an aid to quitting Smoking, however there is little research on the effects of their use and fears they may be harmful have led public bodies to treat them the same as real cigarettes.

The European Union are looking at including revising a directive on tobacco products to include e-cigarettes.

Smoking at the Wembley Stadium is strictly forbidden and will result in ejection from the Ground. Please note that the use of electronic cigarettes is prohibited within the stadium. http://www.wembleystadium.com/TheStadium/StadiumGuide/RulesnRegulations
